just a beautifully decorated table, incredible food buffet, and the freedom to host in total privacy.
We will simply return the next day to collect our presentation platters and decor.

Salt & Lime didn't start as a business. It started around the table.
I’ve always loved cooking for family and friends, bringing people together over good food, and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels relaxed and welcome.
Over time, those dinners naturally grew into something more.
Living in Southern Spain has been a constant source of inspiration. Local markets, seasonal ingredients from my garden, and long summer evenings shaped the concept behind Salt & Lime.
Today, I create intimate dining experiences for private villas and gatherings, combining fresh menus with thoughtfully styled tables.
For me, it’s never just about the food. It’s about creating moments you’ll remember long after the plates are cleared.
